Finding Glenshelane

Following the N72 from Dungarvan drive in to Cappoquin, in Cappoquin turn right onto the R669 out of Cappoquin. Once outside Cappoquin you will see a small Grotto on a Y Junction in the road the R669 going to the Left of the Grotto to Mount Melleray Scout Centre, take the RIGHT fork down less that half a mile where the road turns right straight away after this bend is the Entrance to Glenshelane Woods drive through these gates into the Forest with the river on your right hand side and continue along this forest track for about 2 Miles. Please drive slowly as there may be walkers using this path as well. There are also speed ramps along the route.
